We are a family run business (Darren & Natalie) established in August 2020 through the Covid Lockdown from Peterborough.
We both love America, and everything that America has to offer mainly Disney on Natalie’s part and the NFL on my part (Darren). We’ve always noticed that America seems to have more product selection and especially from the NFL the merchandise is better quality than those you can get in the UK. We’ve tried various ways of importing goods from America and there’s always something wrong with the service. So we thought why not have a go at providing a service for everyone that we would have wanted ourselves, so Go West Imports was born (Not to be mistaken for the Pet Shop Boys).
We pride ourselves on good customer service so any question be it, how do I work out the pound equivalent to the Dollar is not a silly question.
We do not hire any human employee’s (see below) and as we both work full time jobs, emails and texts might take a couple of hours to answer, but you will hear from us either way within 24 hours.
We see this company as more of a community so we are not here to make money, hence the low prices. The membership fee covers our cost of bringing this service to you.
Chief Box Inspector
The only employee we have for the company is the Chief Box Inspector. As you can see from the picture the box inspector doesn’t do much, but when that parcel arrives It’s all systems go, with her own 280 point check on the outside of the box to ensure all is well inside. After the outer box is examined the box inspector goes back to bed, so none of your items are inspected by the box inspector, so if you are allergic rest assured her paws will not touch your items.
